How much will my shipping cost?
We have recently introduced $7.95 FLAT RATE SHIPPING for all orders within Australia. We will only charge you $7.95 regardless of the number of items you order. My Poppet uses Australia post regular mail to ship orders.
If you would like Express or Registered post on your order, please select it as an extra option (bottom of categories list)
I do not have a credit card or paypal account, can I use EFT (direct debit)?
Yes, just contact me either through the contact page or by email (cinti@mypoppet.com.au) with your order and your contact details and I can organise an EFT transaction
I do not live in Australia, am I still able to make a purchase?
Yes, most items have international shipping available. If there is an item which does not have an international shipping option please contact the store with your order and address for a postage quote
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars
What else should I know about shipping?
All orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days.

The shipping charge includes both shipping (via standard airmail - Australia Post) and handling
. 
Postal insurance and tracking is not included in the postage price, please consider adding Registered Postage or Express Postage (both trackable) to your order.

My Poppet will not refund or replace lost parcels if Registered or Express Post was not purchased by the buyer.

Please be patient with your international packages, they are coming from Australia and can take up to 10 business days, sometimes more! But usually less:) If your package hasn't arrived please contact me, but if you do not have registered post I can not replace a packages missing due to postage issues.

I will package every item securely to ensure you receive your goods in perfect condition

To minimize environmental impact, we often re-use boxes and packing materials from suppliers (we do not buy plastic/styrofoam, but do re-use what is shipped to us).

Returns and Exchanges?
Refunds are only offered if the item is defective or not as described in the listing. Please note colours may not appear exactly as they appear on your monitor and any colour difference is not considered a defect. You are welcome to return an item for a store credit / exchange within 5 days of receipt if it is un-used/unworn and in original condition with tags. Please note buyer is responsible for return / re-shipping charges in the case of exchange.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. EFT payments are available on request

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
